Flooded Third Avenue Post Office Won’t Reopen (KCRG-TV9 Cedar Rapids)

CEDAR RAPIDS – A small post office in downtown Cedar Rapids won’t reopen because of the flood. The location on Third Avenue SE was a convenient spot for downtown businesses and their workers to use. But this building flooded badly in June.
