REGINA — A former Regina resident is the designer of commemorative stamps honouring two pioneering figures in Canadian history. On Monday, Canada Post is issuing the stamps, designed by Lara Minja, to mark Black History Month. The stamps feature Abraham Doras Shadd and Rosemary Brown.
