SMITHSBURG – The idea behind Gabby’s Restaurant, Bar & Grill, began as one family’s need for a place to eat. Gabby’s opened Jan. 7 in Smithsburg and is owned by Chuck Remsburg of Smithsburg and Bill Rich of Front Royal, Va.
