Helping Hands honored by Plymouth post office

To coincide with the U.S. Post Office’s sale of the Pet Rescue stamp, which was introduced recently to bring public awareness to local animal shelters, the Plymouth post office chose to honor a local group for its outstanding work with the Plymouth Animal Shelter.
