Incendiary Device Left At Colleyville Residence

Authorities used a water cannon to disable an incendiary device in a FedEx box sent to a Colleyville woman Sunday. It is uncertain who sent the package or if it was shipped through FedEx; it was only in a box with the company’s signage.
