Is eBay seller stringing along guitar buyer? (Jacksonville Daily News)

Dear Troubleshooter: On Feb. 2 I saw a brand name guitar on eBay with a great price. It was a new listing and such a great deal that I jumped on it. I paid with my Visa card via PayPal.
