Kelley resigns federal judge post in Norfolk (WDBJ 7 Roanoke)

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) – A federal judge from Norfolk is resigning his post to take a job in the private sector. Walter Kelley wrote a letter Monday to President Bush saying that he is taking a post in the Washington office of Jones Day law firm and that he is resigning as judge effective May 16.
