L’Oreal Tells U.K. Judge EBay Should Be Liable for Fake Goods (Bloomberg)

March 9 (Bloomberg) — EBay Inc. , the world’s largest Internet auctioneer, should be held accountable for counterfeit products sold on its Web site, a lawyer for L’Oreal SA told a U.K. court today.
