Local USPS processing to move to LR; Tilly office still under study for closure

The Arkansas River Valley will see statewide changes to the United States Postal Service (USPS) take effect May 15 — changes that include the transfer of Russellville’s mail processing facility to Little Rock and possibly some post office closures.
