L’Oreal, eBay agree to mediation in French dispute (INO News)

(AP:PARIS) L’Oreal and eBay have agreed to settle a dispute in France over counterfeit cosmetics through mediation instead of going to court. A top Paris court earlier this month gave both companies until this Monday to consider a proposal of mediation.
