LOST dining and events concept to open at Claremont Farm

LOST will be housed in beautiful stone farm buildings, dating back to the early 18th century, at Claremont Farm in Bebington.

Part of the Claremont courtyard space, LOST promises to be “a totally unique dining and events venue offering an exciting range of exclusive supper clubs in partnership with local dining specialists, Cheeky Chilli.”

The team have also announced that will be hosting regular ‘guest chef’ events which are designed to showcase some of the region’s most renowned culinary talents.

Speaking about the Supper Club concept, LOST owner, Dave Loughlin said: “We really wanted to do something different with the space here at LOST.

“The supper-club scene is huge in London and with so much talent in our region, and so many foodies’ looking for a real, culinary experience, we are super-excited to bring the supper-club revolution here to Wirral.”

Along with the supper-club concept, LOST will also become an events space with a difference.

Dave and his team are transforming the rustic farm structure into a cool, contemporary venue, full of modern luxe touches, yet still retaining all the buildings’ original charm.

Dave said: “Originally, we were using the space as HQ for our construction and interiors business, and I always thought the building needed to be seen and used by a wider audience.

“It really is a unique environment, full of rustic charm and we can’t wait to see it being enjoyed by guests from across the region.’

With a completion date of late September in their sights, LOST is set to open in early October and the team will be releasing their full calendar of events in the next few weeks.

Their first supper club event, Asian Fusion with Cheeky Chilli, sold out in a matter of days.

Tickets for its next event, Latin Americana – The Flavours of South America (6 Courses, Friday 27th October – £60pp) with Chef Matt Hardy and the team from Hardy’s catering is due to go on sale later this week.

Dave said: “We are just waiting to confirm a major event with a local superstar chef before we release our full Autumn/ Winter supper-club calendar, and we are also planning a series of epic launch events.

“We are working around the clock to make sure the place looks amazing, so hopefully guests will love it every bit as much as we do.”
