Luggage with $200,000 of stamps stolen at Midway (Chicago Sun-Times)

A man police say has  a history of hanging out at Midway Airport andstealing luggage was arrested after he allegedly swiped  the luggage of a postage stampcollector from Austin, Texas, that contained $200,000 worth of rare stamps.
