MABAIT MISSES ROYAL DATE

Mabait, ante-post favourite for the Royal Hunt Cup, has been ruled out of the race by trainer Luca Cumani. Beaten only a neck in the Victoria Cup at Ascot, it was thought he would return to Berkshire for the prestigious handicap.
