Man Charged In Ebay Fake Art Scam (WFTV 9 Orlando)

TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa police said they believe a Wesley Chapel man used the Web site eBay to sell forged artwork. Ethem Ulge is facing charges of grand theft in the third degree, organized fraud less than $20,000 and fraudulent use of personal information.
