Man pleads guilty to theft of food stamps, Medicaid
Bangor Daily News PORTLAND, Maine — A Portland man pleaded guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court to making false statements to obtain food stamp benefits and Medicaid. He also pleaded guilty to theft of federal housing assistance funds, according to a court official. |
