Mandelson takes a leaf out of Thatcher’s book on Royal Mail (Morning Star)

BUSINESS Secretary Lord Mandelson has lifted a phrase from Tory grandee Margaret Thatcher to show his determination to part-privatise Royal Mail. “I am definitely not for turning on the legislation,” he said in a BBC Scotland interview.
