Mich. carriers hoard mail, steal stamps (UPI)

DETROIT, Sept. 1 (UPI) — Two Michigan postal workers were nabbed for allegedly hoarding mail and another allegedly stole $19,000 in postage stamps, U.S, Postal Service officials said.
