THE SUPREME Court on Monday restrained a Delhi court from proceeding against Avinash Bajaj, former managing director of baazee.com (now eBay India Private Limited), for allegedly permitting the sale of an MMS clip showing two students of a Delhi school indulging in a sexual act.
