More Central Virginians are Using Food Stamps (WCAV Charlottesville)

Unemployment continues to rise in the United States, and so does the cost of food stamps. The U.S. Department of Agriculture says one out of eight Americans are using food stamps, and we’re seeing that trend on a local level.
