More East Texans Receiving Food Stamps

Groceries are expensive for any family, but for those who are unemployed or have a low income, it’s even tougher to pay that bill. As CBS 19’s Hayley Wielgus explains, that’s affecting the number of people receiving food stamps and it’s reached a record level.
