HALFWAY They weren’t delivering packages, but FedEx was out Sunday serving the Hagerstown community with the help of the United Way. Nearly 100 people showed up to the FedEx Ground second annual United Way Charity Ride at the FedEx Ground Hub off Halfway Boulevard for a chance to show off their bikes, win prizes and support the United Way of Washington County.
