Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt slammed over ‘uncomfortable’ BBC Breakfast interview | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV

Max La Manna joined Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty in the BBC Breakfast studio to speak about how viewers can cut down on food waste this Christmas. However, some viewers were unhappy with the BBC presenter’s line of questioning. Others questioned why an American chef was talking about food waste in Britain.

Max began: “It’s a lot of pressure around this time of year.

“I think we were just saying it’s like this big hurrah, this finale of, ‘Got to do it big, got to have a good time’.

“But then we miss out on spending time with family and loved ones.

“So I think it’s all about just who you surround yourself with and just have a good time.”

Kevin Jones raged: “Naga and Charlie know how to make guests feel uncomfortable.”

While John Rogers added: “But these prices are more than affordable for BBC presenters, and during the cost of living crisis no one at the BBC has mentioned the licence fee that most people struggled to pay in normal times, BBC you are hypocrites !!!!!!!!!!!!” (sic)

@BBCBreakfast instead of patronising people on how to eat for less, why don’t you explain actually how much this thieving corrupt government have stolen?” user @CozticRed tweeted.

“Billions of OUR money is sitting in their offshore accounts. REPORT IT!”
