Neda asked to review tamper-proof cigarette stamps (Manila Standard Today)

A Finance Department official yesterday said the National Economic and Development Authority must review the unsolicited proposal of Switzerland-based Sicpa Product Security SA to enhance excise tax revenues from cigarettes.
