Neighbors petition for Elmwood Post Office (News 10 Now Syracuse)

The Elmwood Post Office on Syracuse’s South Avenue may be forced to close next year. More than 300 post offices throughout the country are on the chopping block as the Postal Service looks for ways to cut costs.
