Neither snow, nor rain, nor golf cart can stop Folly Beach Post Office

A "special delivery" at the Folly Beach Post Office was as unwelcome as it was unexpected. A stuck accelerator apparently caused a golf cart to zip on Thursday from the parking area into the post office lobby, the Folly Beach Public Safety Department said.
