NEW: Post Office to sell Foxboro building, merge with Mansfield

Foxboro's busy, 14-year-old post office building on Wall Street will be closed, but postal services will continue from another Foxboro storefront yet to be chosen, according to a United States Postal Service plan to save money through efficient use of its buildings.
