No More Food Stamps for 30,000 Michigan College Students; State Saves $75 Million

COMMENTARY | There is no such thing as a free lunch, at least for Michigan college students, that is. 30,000 college students who previously qualified for a Bridge Card (Michigan’s food stamps debit card system) have been cut off. This cut will save the state $75 million annually.
