Oneida woman pleads in food stamps theft (The Post-Standard)

An Oneida woman admitted Tuesday that she took nearly $9,000 in food stamp benefits she wasn’t entitled to from April of 2004 until January of 2006. Joy M. Harrington, 39, pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
