Ore. families’ food stamps benefits to increase (Ashland Daily Tidings)

SALEM — The state Department of Human Services says federal stimulus money will help increase Oregon families’ food stamp benefits by 13 percent. Starting April 1, the state says, a family receiving $176 per month, the average amount, will get $200 a month.
