Pet Scoop: New postage stamps encourage adoption of animals from shelter

A mobile post office will be set up from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects at 1500 Union as part of the local unveiling of the 2010 limited-edition “Animal Rescue: Adopt a Shelter Pet” stamps.
