Police make arrest in off-line eBay scam (The York Dispatch)

A Spring Grove-area man who was conned out of $8,500 from a woman posing as an online eBay seller went to police for help, leading to an eight-month investigation that spanned two states and eventually ended with the woman’s arrest, police said.
