Police plea over Brayton canal mail bags

POLICE are appealing for witnesses as to how four Royal Mail bags came to be dumped at Selby Canal. The empty bags were found along a stretch of canal at Brayton on April 8. One was in a tree, one at the canal-side and the remaining two were in the canal itself.
