Post Office apologises for helpline error (Wandsworth Guardian)

Post Office Ltd has apologised after its customer helpline gave the wrong date for the end of the public consultation on proposed branch closures. The helpline wrongly told Tooting MP Sadiq Khan that the consultation started in April. In fact it started in February and finishes on April 2.
