Post office box holders may get census forms

Census 2010 is well under way, but many Pennsylvanians are still waiting to be counted. Those who pick up their mail at a post office box most likely did not receive questionnaires from the U.S. Census Bureau, but fortunately, they have several ways to ensure they are counted.
