Post office cuts back closure plans (Detroit Free Press)

Arthur Perschetz, president of the Fell’s Point Residents Association, will keep what he calls “the heart of the community.” The post office on a cobblestone street in Baltimore isn’t among 413 locations nationwide being considered for closure or consolidation.
