Post office shuffle could help Pittsburgh gain mail-processing jobs

Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe announced on Thursday that the cash-strapped agency is considering eliminating almost half of its 500 mail-sorting facilities to cut operating costs by about $3 billion a year.
