Racine Post Office to use pictorial cancellation to honor 9-11 heroes, firefighters

Cancellation will only be available on Saturday, September 10th The Racine Post Office will honor the Racine Fire Department and the memory of 911 by issuing a unique pictorial cancellation on the ten-year anniversary of 9-11.
