TUPELO – It looks like he’s moving out, but the cardboard boxes in Randy McCoy’s Green Street office tell a different tale. “Oh, those aren’t even mine,” McCoy said, pointing to the seven or so FedEx packages marked with a North Carolina return address. “Those are Dr. Shaver’s.”
