Royal Mail van crash causes heavy delays on A63

A crash involving a Royal Mail van on the A63 is causing heavy delays this morning.

The van is believed to have crashed with another vehicle just after 7.30pm on Saturday morning.

It is not known if anyone was injured.

Traffic and travel app Inrix said: “One lane closed due to two car accident on A63 Clive Sullivan Way Eastbound from A15 to A1166 Brighton Street (St Andrew’s Quay).

“Lane one of two is closed.”

A crash involving a Royal Mail van on the A63 is causing heavy delays this morning.

Motorists heading into Hull city centre are facing lengthy delays.

One driver said: “Traffic is crawling along.

“We can see blue flashing lights and it looks like a Royal Mail delivery van is involved.”
