The woodland will be among 180 lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which starts at 8.30am on Thursday, October 23.
Colin Totney, land and development surveyor at Bond Wolfe, explained that the new owners would be expected to become trusted custodians of certain trees in the woodland.
“This is a parcel of woodland extending to approximately 6.7 acres, or 2.7 hectares, with frontages on to Widney Land and Brick Kiln Lane,” he said.
“We understand that the property is freehold, and it is very rare for a plot of land this size to become available in Solihull.
