Student in eBay scam loses sentence plea

A STUDENT who used stolen cheques to perpetrate a sophisticated eBay fraud failed to win a cut in his sentence. Huzaifa Mallu, 20, of Station Road, Forest Gate, misused his high intelligence for criminal purposes, the Appeal Court heard.
