Study: Airport project faces major obstacles (The Morning Call)

A proposed $1.6 billion cargo airport proposed near Hazleton would not be used by major carriers FedEx and UPS, and would require the state to spend $25 million to $35 million in improvements on Interstate 81 to attract companies that would use it.
