Times are tough: Britain issues anti-fraud stamps (The Post-Standard)

LONDON (AP) — Hey, times are tough — but the Royal Mail is reminding Britains that they still can only use stamps once. Just to be sure everyone gets that message, Britain’s postal service is issuing a fraud-proof stamp.
