U.K. Stocks Advance, Led by Shell, BP, Barclays, Bovis Homes (Bloomberg.com)

Jan. 14 (Bloomberg) — U.K. stocks rose for the first time in four days, led by Royal Dutch Shell Plc and BP Plc as crude oil gained. Barclays Plc increased after Credit Suisse Group advised clients to buy the stock over the short term.
