US Postal Service releases new Civil War stamps marking 1862 battles at New Orleans, Antietam

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Postal Service is releasing two new stamps paying tribute to the 150th anniversary of the Civil War, specifically the Battle of New Orleans and the Battle of Antietam.
