VUDU, a service that delivers Internet entertainment to consumers’ HDTVs and Home Theaters, announced that former eBay financial executive Chris Watts will join the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Watts will oversee all finance and accounting operations, along with human resources, legal and administrative functions.
