WEB FIRST: Group to hold protest outside Winsted post office Saturday

WINSTED — With the U.S. Postal Service in perilous financial straits, many are confronting fears that local offices around the country could be shut down or delivery hours cut back. In Winsted, however, a group of activists are planning a rally to make sure the town’s post office doesn’t make its way on to that list.
