Winnipegger arrested by RCMP for eBay scam

WINNIPEG — RCMP have laid fraud charges against a Winnipeg man accused of ripping off people on the online auction site eBay. Investigators believe the 41-year-old man offered antique items or replicas of antiques for sale on eBay but didn’t provide the items after he was paid.
