Winnipegger charged in alleged eBay scam

A 41 year old Winnipeg man is facing a number of fraud charges in connection with an alleged eBay scam. RCMP conducted a 16 month investigation after receiving numerous complains about antique items or replicas being sold on the website, but undelivered following payment.
